My latest obsession is sewing. I'm excited to make aprons for my friends to bring a bit of cheer to the mundane motherhood duties. I need fast, easy projects or I never finish. Elise and I are also sewing a dress for her, it's about half way done. I'm working on a vintage Jane Austin era dress for myself, planning coordinating skirts for the girls and planning a quilt for the living room. Any bets on how much I'll actually finish? Grandma, I need you to come and teach me how to bind a quilt. I've been collecting fun fabric lately. Another new collection for me. I love the colors and textures.
