The kids don't have birthday parties every year. But this year is a party year. When Andrew asked me if he could have a birthday party and I said yes, he was thrilled. Then I figured out that he thought I was saying Yes to his party at Chuck E Cheese. I relented and let go of another I-will-never thing. We held his party during lunch one day during spring break. He had a blast. The kids loved playing the arcade games. Andrew liked his crown, the attention from Chuck E., and catching tickets in an air blaster machine.
