For Mike's 40th Birthday gift, the girls and I complied a book of 40 dates for him. There are daddy/daughter dates, lunch dates, temple dates, and double dates among others. They are spread out, a few each month, over the next year. We are excited for the fun events to come and to spend time with Mike!
The report on the first few:
Date 1- Temple date with Rachel to the Oakland Temple
Date 2- Daddy/Daughter with Sadie to a Stanford Softball game. Stanford beat Washington by one point. Sadie even came home with a softball that someone next to them caught and gave to her.
Date 3- Lunch date with Rachel to Thai food. My Dad was visiting and came with us. We went to a small, hole-in-the-wall favorite of Mike's, Thai Spoons in Sunnyvale.
