Our eldest has entered the double digits. We had a nice low key celebration - special traditional breakfast, gifts, finished riding lessons, swimming with friends, checked out the class list for the upcoming school year, out to dinner for pizza and home for ice cream pie. She showed the most excitement not about the riding lessons, new toys, new clothes, new books - the gift she was most excited about was the candy(sorry, the photo was edited out).

The horse back riding lessons must have been wonderful, something I always wanted to do when I was your age. I'm glad you had such a nice time, AND got candy too.
